Description of service
The kennel gives lodging and care to dogs and cats. They pay particular attention to type of food each is fed and gives ample outside time unless specified differently. They will follow any medication dosing and call a vet if needed. The owner is responsible for reimbursing vet and medication fees if the injury/illness is not directly related to being at the kennel. The price is $14 per dog per night.
Review of Service
The 3 dogs I boarded were well cared for. The kennel takes all breeds of dogs and cats. They fed my dogs the brand of food we feed them at home and gave one of the dogs daily medication. The kennel has a veterinarian on call for emergencies/ They are let out daily for romping and playing and are given baths just before pick up. Pick up and drop off times are very flexible and if the animal is picked up before a certain time, you don't pay for that day. My dogs love going to the kennel. The price is quite reasonable for one pet, but quite expensive after multiplying by 10 days for 3 dogs
Tips
Make sure the kennel you are looking at has a veterinarian on call. Ask if they feed the same kind of food your dogs are already accustomed to. Ask if they kennel multiple dogs from the same household in the same kennel. The kennel I used put my two big dogs together and my small dog separate due to her size. Find out their medication policy and how many times a day they are let out and/or walked.
