the Price of a Dental Filling

I had a loose filling removed and replaced. The cost of the filling was $161. This price included the novacaine for the dentist to numb the area he was working on, the resin material he needed to actually do the filling with and the dentists time required.

I felt that I got great quality service from the dentist. I am a coward and he did a great job of helping me relax and making the whole process 100 percent pain and stress free. It also only took about 25 minutes from start to finish so he worked quite quickly.

I can't say one negative thing about this dentists service as it all was terrific. No one loves going to the dentist but the dentist made it as pleasant as possible.

I feel the service was a fair value for the price I paid for the service received.

I advise everyone to have had an initial consultation with a new dentist if at all possible before you actually need any dental repair done. It is good to know you have found a dentist you are comfortable with before you need any repairs done. I also advise getting a printout out of estimated bill before the work on your teeth is started. That way there is no terrible surprise at the end of the procedure.
