Description of service
I pay 120 dollars a month to dock my boat at a marina. I have in and out privledges. My dues include water and electricity and I can use the club house. They have sailing lessons and rental type stuff there. It is a local co-op marina.
Review of Service
Every one there is really nice. Never had a problem with anyone. The only complaint I have is that you can't get in after midnight or before 5 a.m. I know they do this to prevent people from living there but it's a drag sometimes when I want to check out the stars on my boat after a nice date. But other than that I've got no other complaints.
Tips
Find some people you really like because you'll probably be seeing a lot of the people who are other members. Do a little quick internet search to see if there's bad reviews out there about the place when you consider docking there. I don't like leases and as far as I know there are a lot of places that don't require a lease. I recommend that so if it doesn't work out you aren't locked in and can just move somewhere else.
