Description of service
Every summer I dock my boat on the Ohio River in Covington, Kentucky just in case I want to take it for a cruise up and down the river. It's also a great place to throw a party with a few friends. I usually dock my boat all summer (three months) and put it in storage the rest of the year. I paid $42 a month to park my boat at this particular dock, which I prepaid the entire summer this year at $126, and this price includes all taxes and fees.
Review of Service
The service is great. The dock I use doesn't contain a bunch of people, so it's okay for me to throw a loud party every now and then. The docks are always clean, and the staff is almost invisible, which is a good thing. I'm not sure about other rivers, but I get a good price (compared to other docks near by) for a dock on the Ohio River.
Tips
There isn't much shopping around that you can do, but if you don't mind docking a little far away, you can find a good deal by going outside of the larger cities to dock. If your boat is small enough, don't dock it at all and just let it sit at home until you're ready to do some boating.
