the Cost of Shipping a Car

The company picked up my car in Massachusetts and loaded it onto a 12 car carrier for the trip to Florida. It was originally supposed to be picked up at my residence, however I recieved a call stating that the truck could not fit, so after going back and forth I was able to arrange a meeting place for them to pick it up, I was already in Florida so it put a little kink in the process.

Once I got everything straitghened out the process did go relatively smoothly, It was suppossed to be door to door service but did not end up being that way due to issues with the driver stating the truck could not get in and out of the pick up and drop off areas easily.

I suggest people shop for the best price and services, I would also suggest not leaving for your destination until the car was picked up. I had contacted another company and arranged pick up only to find out they never picked it up. They never called me, I had to track them down only to find out that they wouldn't even consider coming down the street. So if you don't want any last minute surprises wait until your vehicle is on the truck before you leave for your destination!
