Description of service
I am the president of a student organization in law school. We needed a professional website to improve our communication and to enhance our ability to recruit bigger-name speakers to come to campus and speak to our group. To get this done, we decided it was necessary to have a professional-style website for our group. We went to a local technology services business had had them design the website for us. The service included designing the website but did not include any hosting or anything else. Just design of the website include html codes.
Review of Service
They did an excellent job for what we thought was a fair price. They also had very quick turn around. We got the site up and running within 3 days of contacting them. Very friendly to work with and very fair. The site looks great and already seems to be getting us great feedback. We give them a 10 out of 10.
Tips
I highly recommend going the professional route for website design as opposed to trying to do it yourself. A good tip to keep in mind is to ask for discounts or special rates. We were able to get a generous deal because we were a student group. If you are involved with a student group or charity chances are they will give you a deal for your site. Good luck!
