the Price of Oil Pastel Painting Classes

Out of my love for fine arts including water colors, pencils and pastels, I signed up during the last summer for oil pastels painting class which I had always marvelled. It taught me about use of pastels, their mixing, shading, what not to do during painting and correcting mistakes. The fees of 550 $ was per month and I pursued the class for a total of three months.

The artist under whose guidance I learned oil pastels and coloring has been widely acclaimed in many communities. I learned about wonderful landscapes, portraits and their selection specially for oil pastels. Not all paintings would look fantastic in pastels and choice is very important. The class was for 3 days a week and simply wonderful small studio and his paintings gave much of inspiration too. It included some painting trips too as outdoor activities.

Try oil pastels only if you love coloring in the form of sketches and strokes and feel that oil paintings sometimes are just too much of a mess. Oil pastels can be learned under any good arts teacher but some tips are specially given only my acclaimed artists. Ultimately the choice depends on the level of your hobby and the amount and time you are ready to invest in your hobby. Have a colorful time.
