The top two wisdom teeth were not impacted and only had to be pulled. I opted to use the general anesthesia where I slept through the surgery. The price break down is listed below:

I was required to pay $250.00 up front upon my consultation to schedule the surgery.
After insurance paid their part I ended up paying $983.00 out of pocket.
Review of Service
I was happy with the service. I had no complications after the surgery. I was given instructions for my post surgery after care. The surgery went as planned and overall I was happy with the end result.
Tips
My oral surgeon would not let me do a payment plan and I had to pay out of pocket the day of the surgery. If I had not paid the money they would not have proceeded with the surgery. Be sure you know how much your insurance pays for dental work per year. Some insurance companies have only a certain amount they will pay out and you end up paying the rest out of pocket.
