Description of service
I ordered a wedding cake to serve 150 people. The cost for the cake was $350.00 This didn't include cake cutting or delivery. The cake was white cake with white frosting and a vanilla cheesecake mousse filling. There were ornate frosting roses on the top and traveling down the sides of the cake. It was a 2 tier cake. The price we paid also included the bride and groom that sat on top of the cake.
Review of Service
The cake was very delicious. Very moist, not too sweet - just perfect. We had to pick up the cake the morning of the wedding. It came packed very well but was a pretty large box. Everyone really loved the flavor and the way it looked. Overall it was spectacular.
Tips
I think price is important but I would personally pay a little extra to have to delivered. That was one more thing we had to worry about the day of and I regret that. Also make sure you go somewhere where you can taste test. It's a lot of fun and then you know what to expect. I think going without the cutting service was the way to go. There were plenty of family members around who were more than happy to step in.
