Description of service
i ordered an hmo health plan from a health insurance company. the plan covers vision, dental, medical, and ambulatory services. its a full coverage plan with low co pays. $10 at a PCP. $25 at the specialist. $40 at an urgent care center. $75 at the ER. It pays for 100% of the services received except for maternity services (which is offered at an additional charge), and mental health services (which is not covered at all). the plan allows you to go to a chiropractor if needed 2 times per year also. the plan costs me $293 per month

the service is good. its very expensive, but all health care is now a days. the people on the phone were friendly and helpful and made sure i had everything i needed for my plan. they were also very helpful and prompt about renewing my plan on time. very thankful!
Tips
shop around for a health plan before you choose one. i chose a more expensive health plan because i dont want to pay high co pays. i am limited on cash every month so its easier for me to have a low co pay when i do need to visit my doctor.
