Description of service
This is the price we paid to have one of my husband's shoes repaired at our local shoe repair shop. The shoe we had repaired was a man's dress loafer that had a hole in the sole. The price included taxes and the cost to repair the sole. The sole was made of rubber. The time it took to repair the shoe was about two days.
Review of Service
We were very happy with the results of this repair. Honestly, you can't even tell that a hole existed! The shoe repair shop we use always asks that both shoes be brought to the store because they always clean them. When we picked up the pair of shoes, they looked like new. They even replaced the shoelaces free of charge. We have brought many pairs of shoes to this shop for repair, and they are so friendly and helpful. They truly go out of their way to help their customers. Also, their prices are quite reasonable.
Tips
If you do not know a good shoe repair shop, ask your friends and family if they know of one that is reputable. Also, make sure you bring both shoes even if only one is in need of repair.
