Description of service
I needed another phone line and jack put in for my computer and fax. I work at home. So therefore I needed a phone line and jack put in for my office, so it wouldn't tie up my home and personal phone line.
Review of Service
The service was okay, but they came out and had a trainee with them. They put in the jack and extra phone line for me. I thought the trainee was nicer than the other guys. One of the guys couldn't get up the drive way. When the other one did, he spun a lot of our gravel out. They came in with mud on their feet, and left a mess for me to clean-up. Well, at least I got my other jack and phone line put in. That was the main thing. So therefore, I was happy with that, but not the mess.
Tips
If you work at home or have your own business, it is a great idea to put in another jack and phone line. That way you can have it just for your home job or business.
Your personal and home line can be just that. That way it is more professional, plus you can keep the two separate. Get a business phone and answering machine and that way you wont miss a call. Working at home has its advantages, no gas, no daycare, no buying extra clothes.
But, it also has disadvantages, no people around, pay your own taxes. But, I think it is worth it.
