The $75 was an hourly rate. And it took the phone installation technician just under an hour to complete the work.

I was very happy with the phone installation service. The phone installation technician was on time. He gave me a timeframe of three hours, and he came right in the middle of the time period. He was at might house just under one hour. He performed the installation with a minimal amount of noise. Most of the work took place outside for the wiring. When he had to wire the phone outlet in my bedroom, that took about ten minutes. I was pleased with the service and know that I will receive excellent service if I must contact them in the future.

If you have to get a second line installed, make sure that you know whether the rate they give you is a flat rate or an hourly rate. Then, find out about how long the technician will need to be in you home.
