the Price of Silk Wrap Nails

The price is for a a silk fill for a full set of nails, plus $5 tip. Other services are offered including full sets of acrylic, gel, and silk wrap nails, manicures and pedicures, french tips, waxing, and facials. All services are under $35, and most are under $20.

It's a nice place, it's where I usually have my nails done, though I don't have a usual manicurist. Anyway, I don't have a usual one of those. I go in and the music is good, as usual. Very soothing if a bit new age-y. I didn't make an appointment and it's a bit busy but because there are quite a few people working that day, I didn't have to wait long. The woman who filled my nails was fast and efficient and pleasant to chat with. She first removed any decoration on the nails, trimmed the length evenly, then cleaned, buffed, and repaired surface imperfections, then she filled in the bit at the bottom where my nail had grown out. I barely noticed her working. It was a great job she did.

Having a set of false nails, because they reinforce your nails, make your nails grow in thinner. It's like your body's trying to keep from expending more effort than it has to, you know. Beware that if you decide you want your false nails removed, because your nails will be unusually brittle for a few months after you do. Cutting your nails short regularly will keep tearing to a minimum.
