the Price of Silk Wrap Nails

Since this was a the first time I've ever had Silk Wraps the service started with a basic manicure and cleansing of my nails (since I had no other artificial product on my nails to remove), then the technician proceded with the application by buffing my naturual nail and then selecting and cutting the silk wrap for each nail and glueing in place, then she applying more, and buffing and filing the nail again, a sealer was then applied to the nail before polishing.

The service was very good, I was able to be taken as a walk in, cleanliness and hygiene were excellent, having been a licensed Cosmetologist for years I checked to make sure the utensils were sanitized before being used on me.

Silk Wraps are used mostly to strengthen nails, if your nails are really short I would go with another form of artificial nail. The location and cleanliness is also a big factor to me, when you first go in, check for general cleanliness, are the floors dirty, waste baskets full, also if you have a chance watch for there use of sterilization of equipment, are instruments in a sanitzing soloution, do they put them in there after using them on someone or do they place it back in the draw. Go with your instincts.
