Description of service
I recently took a tour of an area within Seattle known as the International District (aka Chinatown). The tour was two hours long and led the tour group through nearly the entire International District. The point of the tour was to give historical, artistic, musical, and architectural information to the people on the tour. For the most part the pay was directed towards services, the only thing we recieved on the tour was a tour panphlet basically outlining the areas that were going to be visited.
Review of Service
The tour was very interesting and the tour guide knew a lot about the area. Some of the best parts about the tour were when we were allowed to go into the shops and look around for ourselves and see if there were any products we wanted to purchase. However, these periods of letting us look around for ourselves were limited and that would be my only complaint when it came to the service. Overall I believe the service was worth the price, seeing as how we got two hours of entertainment for only $17 ($15 if we had booked it in advance).
Tips
There aren't many organizations that offer guided tours through the International District, so I'm fairly certain you're stuck with just this tour. But I would recommend booking a tour in advance because it will save you $2.
