the Cost of Motorcycle Towing

This service was for towing my motorcycle 35 miles. My bike broke down and would not restart while I was at work. I live approximately 35 Miles from my work and the total cost of the tow was $60.00 flat. The towing company brought a flatbed truck and the tow guy hoisted my bike up with straps and chains. They brought my motorcycle to my house and parked in my drive way.

This was a good service that I hated to pay for. If I had a pick up truck I would not have had to pay for this. A family member of mine does have a big pick up truck, but was unavailable at the time I needed a tow, so I had to pay the sixty dollars to get the bike home. The tow truck guy was nice enough, and he was very gentle with my bike. I only had to wait about a half hour for the tow truck to show up after I called them.

Get a friend of family member to help you tow it. That way all you have to pay for is the gas. Most bikes will fit in the bed of a pick up, so if you have that option it will be much cheaper.
