Description of service
The service was a trolley tour from a private company around the city of Lansing, dipping a bit into East Lansing. It was a nice tour of the capital area and the river. The tour lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. The $25 represented full fee for the trolley tour.
Review of Service
It was nice to see the Lansing area in ways I never have before after having been around here so long. There really are beautiful parts of the city, even though they are easy to lose sight of during tough economical times. It was a beautiful stroll though the river and capital area though and it really opened my eyes to Lansing and I kept saying to myself "all cities should try to come up with something like this". It wasn't until about a year ago that this trolley tour thing started up and I think it really has been a big hit. I know it has with local residents at least so hopefully it will also encourage tourism!
Tips
My tip would be to try out a trolley tour service in your city or nearby city. It can really let you experience the city in a way you never have before!
