Description of service
We have a 1997 ford taurus atation wagon. Our windshield had cracked and needed replaced.
The service included removal and dispsal of the old windshield and instalation of the new windshield.This included all glueing and labor.It also included another trip out to fix the small leak around the rubber ring around the windshield.
Review of Service
It was the middle of winter and we needed the windshield replaced asap.The tricky part was finding a company that would be willing to do the windshield in these conditions,Unfortunatley no local companies were willing to get to it right away so we had to go with a national company that was an hour away.We were very impressed with the quickness that they were able to come out.We had called the day before around 2pm and they were out the next morning at 10 am.the whole job took around 1 hour.
He was very efficiant and getting the old glass out in 1 large piece instead of making a huge mess.he took the old glass with him.The only problem we had is when the next rain came the rubber ring around the winshield had started to leak.The comapany was very quck to send him back out to fix the problem.
Tips
i would suggest going with a national company.They are very quick with there service time.Also make sure they offer some sort of warranty for there work.With our windshield it came with a 10 year warranty.Make sure it does not leak and if it does call them as quick as possible to fix the problem.
