Description of service
Each person arrives at the professional kitchen and all the ingredients are already diced cut and out. They taught us 3 entrees per week. We would rotate around the prep station to make the different entrees. And then we would get to take the food home and they usually fed about six to eight adults. After 2 hours we would be ready to go home with a load of food that we had just made and our families and friends could enjoy. So the price didn't just include the instruction for real chefs but also the food. It was a great and inexpensive experience I thought.
Review of Service
The cooking lessons were great. We got the lessons, food to take home and also wine and other appetizer suggestions. We were also given the cooking directions, which were well-detailed and easy to follow. It was a fun experience, though it would be funner with your significant other, but would be way to expensive to do that way since only one person really needs to know the recipe and can just teach the other at home.
Tips
Some tips would be to find a place that has food that you enjoy and tastes great. You want to make sure you are going to learn to cook things that you don't already know how to make, so ask for the entrees you will learn before hand to make sure they are new. Ask if they have makeup sessions in case you can't make all the lessons.
