the Cost of Air Conditioner Maintenance

I requested a check of the air conditioning system for a single family home. The unit is about 7 years old, wanted to be sure everything was operating properly. The technician ran a check on the system both the outside unit, the thermostat and the air filters. He changed the air filters. He said he ran a pressure check and everything was operating properly, freone levels were as they should be.

The technician was there at the scheduled time of the appointment, he was very thorough in going over the system. It took him about 45 minutes to go through and clean various part and check the system out. I was pleased with the service. I was quoted a price of $70.00 for the maintenance fee, I requested the air filter be changed, so believe $73.00 is very reasonable. Would definitely use his company again for any air conditioner maintenance needs I may have.

I was very pleased with the service I received and the price I paid, will definitely use this company in the future. I used a referral from a neighbor and was glad I had asked. In calling other companies in the area I feel like I got a reasonable deal for what I paid.
