Got my air conditioning yearly check up. Technician inspects system. Flat fee charge for inspection. Any repairs or replacement of parts is extra. This check up is usually beneficial before the summer or winter months.

I called a local company to schedule my summer system check. I live in the State of Arizona so it is really important to make sure your air conditioning system is in order before the hot summer months. I scheduled for an appointment several days away. My technician arrived on time and was very courteous and informative. He then proceeded to the roof for the system inspection. I have had the service done before and knew what to expect. I always turn on my system before hand just to verify that it is working at the minimum. You don't need any surprises when accessing such an expensive repair item. He went through the normal checks. He made sure none of the wiring was frayed or in disrepair. Made sure all of my coolant levels where sufficient. And verified that all electrical parts were functioning and acceptable. This year the only thing in addition I needed was to add some coolant. Once that was done my system was ready for the brutal Arizona summer.
