Description of service
Used a coupon to have our AC unit (outside compressor) looked at as it was acting up. $64.95 paid for the tech to come out, perform a check of the entire HVAC system, and diagnose any problems she/he may find.
Review of Service
Tech arrived promptly at 5pm as scheduled. Tech listened to our complaints (compressor would not shut off--ran continuously) and then set about performing his inspection. He was here for about an hour. Told us that our entire HVAC system really needed replaced. Showed us why to prove his point. Recommended minimum of the furnace being replaced because, due to rust, it was dangerous to operate. Suggested we make an appointment for a sales person to come out. Was very nice, knowledgeable, and seemed very honest. Would recommend this company to others.
Tips
Do not be afraid to use a company you have never heard of and to use coupons you receive in the mail. We did and were very pleased with the service we received. HOWEVER, we also got a second opinion after this tech left, just to be safe. The second tech said the same thing, so we knew that we could follow our gut and go with the first tech's suggestions. Always get a second opinion before spending a lot of money.
