Review of Service
The technician called right before he came, and came within the time frame given to me by the customer service representative. The quality of service was great. The technician did not hesitate to show me what he was doing, and explained the workings of the a/c unit. The compressor unit was dismantled and vacuumed, and when the technician was finished, the unit was cleaner than when he came!
Tips
I have a yearly maintenance contract with the Air Conditioning company whereas I pay $129.99 for two mainenance visits per year. The great thing about having a contract is that they send me a reminder note right before it gets hot (summer care) and right before the cold settles in (for the heating unit). I am also entitled to get 15% off any parts should my unit need it. My contract also makes it possible for me to have priority service.
