Description of service
I was just having a annual exam done, with an ultrasound due to existing condition. The visit cost me $150 all together, $25 was for the office visit and the other $125 was for the ultrasound and blood work that was required.
Review of Service
The nurses at the OB/GYN office was very nice. They made sure that I was comfortable, and was very professional. My doctor was very gentle, when doing the annually exam. He made sure that I wasn't in any pain or discomfort during the exam. He explained everything he was doing. He for warned me, if a tool was going to be cold. He made sure that a nurse was watching him the whole time. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes time to listen to what is going on, and then orders the correct test and procedures. The nurse made sure that I was cleaned up before they left the room, and they made sure everything was labeled and sealed in the bag, before I left.
When going for the blood work, that the doctor ordered. The nurse in the lab was very prompt on getting me in there. She was gentle. I didn't even know that she had already stuck me with the needle. I didn't feel her change the vials or remove the needle, after drawing the blood.
In general, the office was very clean, and didn't have the doctor office smell to it. The office staff, nurses and doctors was very professional. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes.
Tips
To make sure that you are comfortable with the OB/GYN doctor that you choose. They are the one taking care of your female parts. You need to be comfortable with whoever is looking down there.
