Review of Service
I received excellent service. My cat was shoot in the eye by a neighbor on a Sunday afternoon. i saw it and thank god I was able to find my cat as he ran off. I rushed him to the er vet and they took him as soon as I arrived. He was given medication for pain and was given a very detailed exam. It was determined the pellet had entered and destroyed his eye and the pellet was lodged in his brain. Before he suffered anymore it was decided to put him to sleep. the staff was very caring and supportive. they even sent a card in the mail a couple days later to express their sympathy.
Tips
Be prepared to pay at the time of service. Calling ahead can save you time for the paperwork. Have a carrier on hand for any animal you have to make the transport easier for you and your pet. Be calm your animal needs you to calm them and assure them. You never know when something will happen in my case I called the police and left my husband at the house to answer there questions. Always report abuse of an animal to the police let them take care of the details and let them confront the abuser.
