the Cost of Municipal Water Service

Standard Municipal Water service through the city. They provide water, sewer, electric, and garbage all on one bill and provided through the city. Our service is for a family of 5 and two pets for a standard 1600 sq ft home.

Has always been efficient. Never smells or tastes funny. They regularly maintain the system with bi-yearly cleaning of lines. The city staff is personable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are a happy customer. Office for water is easily reached at the City Hall and if you do need after hours help, they list the phone numbers to call and an actual person answers the phone.

Make sure to keep your eye on your bill as the billing system sometimes has a glitch. They once tried to charge me $7800 because the meter was broken, but with one phone call they took care of it with no argument or fuss and it was taken care of within minutes after I called. They do not have online payments as of yet, but they do have averaging for ease of paying the same amount every month and they do accept credit cards and can direct debit your checking account.
