Description of service
I thought I would give group therapy a try, so I started going three times a week for two hours. There were five people in the group, plus the therapist. We did various exercises with each other and then discussed the results and our feelings. We also formed goals and strategies to effectively address our issues. My health insurance covered the therapy so all I had to pay was a co-pay of thirty dollars a week.

I feel like the quality of service I received was amazing. Group therapy was a really great experience for me and since my insurance covered it, it was very affordable for me. It was really cool to be able to get other peoples opinions and advice about my issues. I really benefited from the group and do not have any complaints abouy it.
Tips
I would tell anyone thinking of group therapy to please have an open mind and be honest with the group and yourself; this is the only way you would benefit from the therapy. Also, make sure your insurance (if you have insurance) covers therapy. If you don't have insurance, many therapists will work with you on a sliding scale fee arrangement, you just have to ask.
