This service included hair washing and started twist for dreadlocks.They uses special shampoo that is designed to cause the hair to loc faster.Since my son's locs were just starting, he had to visit the salon twice per month. Each visit lasted for about an hour or two.

It did take some time for his hair to begin to loc, but since they charged a flat rate or $35 for maintenance and starting the locs, it was very worth the time and money.

I was pleased with the service. The salon was professional. Even though it was an adult salon, the lady took her time with my 6 year old and got the job done.

Having his locs professionally started ultimately produced a health head of nice locs.

The overall service was great! I like the idea that I was able to purchase products to assist with the progress of my son's locs.
