Description of service
When I decided to get deadlocks I went to a hair salon that specialized in dreadlocks because I wanted my dreads to look real nice. The process was real simple though;first, she separated my hair into different sections then took a little hair from one section and parted that into two sections.Next she massaged my hair with some beeswax then proceeded to twist the two sections of hair around each other. The beeswax caused my hair to mesh together as one.Thios process was repeated with the other sections of my hair until it was all done. When it was done my entire head was filled with twists. The lady informed me that I would have to return in a few weeks to "freshen up" my twists.
Review of Service
The lady took about 3 hours to finish my dreads but the service was second to none. She kept talking to me the whole time so that I could relax and she used the best products on my hair.I am pleased with the finished product as my dreads look really neat. Many people stop me on the streets and compliment me on my dreads so that really makes me feel like the job was well done for the price I PAID.
Tips
When getting dreads make sure your hair is not too short or it would be very difficult for the hair dresser to grip and it also takes a really long time.If you are not a patient person then this is not for you as it can take up to 6 hours sometimes. Most importantly make sure dreads are what you absolutely want as they are permanent.
