Description of service

This is the price I paid to take a beginner's level basket weaving class. The class lasted four weeks and met once every week for two and a half hours. The cost of the class did not include the necessary materials (the strips which were made out of wicker, decorative items for the baskets, and the glue used to hold the strips together). The materials ended up costing about $45. The class met at a local craft shop in the evenings during the week, so the time was very convenient. By the end of the class, I had made two beautiful baskets.

Review of Service

I really had a lot of fun taking this class. Even I was amazed at what I was able to accomplish in this class! You can take the basket weaving skills you learn in the class and make some really cool things- not just baskets. The teacher was so much fun and I made some new friends from the class. I think the price was a little expensive because the materials had to be purchased separately.

Tips

Most craft stores do offer basket weaving classes and other craft classes at their stores. In fact, many classes like this are free and you just have to purchase the materials.
