The delivery service is always on time and you have to sign for your food to insure that you are the one who recieved it. By placing the order over the phone you also know that you will get exactly what you need. Also, it keeps you from giving out your credit card info to just anybody.

Ask about recurring deleveries and automatic payments. Most frozen food delivery services will give you a good discount if you sign up to receive the deliveries for a set amount of time.
