Description of service
We have a delivery services stop by our home every two weeks that sells frozen entrees (breakfast, lunch and dinner/both single servings and family sized servings) as well as ice cream and other frozen desserts. The come out with a catalog quarterly that introduces new items and has certain items on sale. You can go online and pre-order or just place your order when your driver comes to the door. I like to place my order with the driver, but sometimes he may be out of what you are looking for (he drives a truck with a freezer attachd and the food is right there.)
Review of Service
I like our driver, he is friendly and doesn't try to push products. The company calls periodically to see how he is doing. I purchase frozen dinner entrees for my family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 kids -- 9, 5 and 3) once in awhile as they are nice to have on hand for those nights when I get home from work late or we have other activities planned. The entrees are easy to use; just pop it in the oven for about 30 - 45 minutes. The entrees are pretty good (not like homemade) and reasonably priced to feed a family of 5. I like looking at the catalog to pick meals as they have colorful photos and nutritional information (even my little ones help pick out food.)
Tips
Ask your neighbors if they use a home delivery service; you may get a discount if they refer you.
Ask you driver what sales are going on; a lot of times you can save money by buying their sale items.
If you really want a particular item, sign-up for their online service and order ahead of time.
