Description of service
This particular company offers frozen meat packages. The packages include frozen beef products such as steaks (all cuts), hamburgers, and hot dogs. They also offer frozen fish such as sole, lobster, shrimp and chicken breasts. The packages are prepacked, but some items can be substituted under certain circumstances. The packages can be purchased online or over the phone. The company sends the meat in a styrofoam container with dry ice to keep the food safe and fresh and it usually arrives in three to five days.
Review of Service
The service was, quite simply, great. It was very easy to place an order. The staff at the call center was friendly and helpful. They helped me select the best package for me. We discussed what types of meat I speciffically wanted and which packages were on sale. Finally, and most impressive, when I mentioned my shellfish allergy; they graciously allowed me to substitute the items in the package that I am not able to eat with other items I am able to enjoy. I feel that was above and beyond service.
Tips
I don't have many tips to offer. Placing orders is as simple as it gets. The food is amazing and it costs less than meat purchased at the grocery store.
