Description of service
It was very easy to order the frozen foods that I wanted to be delivered to my home via a website, just like ordering your groceries online.
Once I had checked out my delivery and paid for the goods I was informed that my delivery of frozen foods would be with me within 4 hours, delivered in a temperature controlled van straight to my home and delivered straight to my freezer for no extra cost.
The delivery driver called me 15 minutes before he arrived to ensure that there was somebody home and so that I was aware I was answering the door to somebody who I was expecting.
The food itself was delivered in plastic crates and the delivery man took the food straight from his van to my freezer and loaded the freezer himself, taking the plastic crates away with him when he was finished.
Before I signed for my delivery I was shown a printout of the temperature inside the van to reassure me that the food that I'd ordered was indeed frozen and hadn't thawed out on it's journey to my door.
Review of Service
The quality of service was just perfect. I was kept up-to-date of when my delivery would be arriving at my door and the face that I didn't have to put the food away in my freezer or have any waste products from unpacking the delivery was an excellent bonus.
Tips
Ensure you know that the delivery van is temperature controlled so that your products are frozen when you get them.
