the Cost of Hypnotherapy

The service was okay. I have some really strange phobias, and I thought maybe hypnotherapy would help me get over them. They provide treatment, diagnosis, and identification of psychological disorders. Discussion and therapy sessions to help work through issues. Hypnotherapy for certain kinds of addictions and phobias.

There seemed to be a little bit of improvement right away, but then I digressed, and ended up right back where I started. I contacted the hypnotherapist again, and he told me we may need a few more sessions to get over my fear, but it's not really that bad that I should even need a hypnotherapist (I am afraid of balloons, mostly I am afraid they will pop and it puts me in a frenzied state--also refrigerator biscuits--the popping noise they make when they open--it is completely irrational, but I can't help it). My condition is not completely disabling, and I am still able to function normally, so I am not sure it was worth $110, even if it had worked initially.

Consider what it is you are being treated for--is it something that is a disabling condition, or a mere inconvenience? If it is just inconvenient, it may not be worth the money you would have to pay in order to overcome your condition.
