Description of service
I had constant insomnia - for years. I could fall asleep but not stay asleep and would wake up over and over all night. I was also grinding my teeth pretty badly. I didn't really think it would work, but someone suggested I go to a hypnotherapist for insomnia. I figured I had tried everything else, so I might as well.
It's hard to describe what she did because I don't remember all of it. We talked about what I was having problems with and what the stress I was under was. Then she had me lie back in the chair and led me through some guided imagery, including adding in how I can stay asleep all night and not grind my teeth.
Review of Service
Like I said, it's hard to say what happened because I was so relaxed that I was in a hypnotic trance. But I have slept better since then - no idea if it's a coincidence or directly related. I tend to be skeptical but I'll take any help that I can get.
Tips
See if you can get a package deal, as a lot of hypnotherapists will do something like four visits for the price of three. Some of them will also do a sliding scale.
