the Price of Drum Lessons

After learning the basics of drumming, I wanted to learn something that would make me stand apart from rest of the crowd. So I landed to the doorstep of an experienced drum teacher who agreed to teach me the Latin style of drumming at a cost of $30 per hour. Each lesson was to last for one hour and only two lessons were to be held per week. These were private lessons and I had to go to the teacher's place.

Although i could not continue my Latin drum classes for long, I can tell you that the service I received during my tenure was good, in fact very good. The teacher was a very experienced one and the drums he himself possessed were the best ones available. The only thing that I feel was not good about the service was the punctuality. Sometimes the class was held only once a week and that too for less than one hour, though the payment was made for the complete hour.

First of all, you must be genuinely interested in learning drums and you must be willing to practice hard. Secondly, there must be a very good synchronization between you and the teacher; thirdly, a there must be a good balance between theory and practical lessons.
