the Price of Drum Lessons

This was the very first time i attended drum classes. I had to shell out $120 per month for the drum classes. These were private drum lessons that i received. The duration of each class varied from 30-45 minutes and classes were held three days a week. The whole payment was made in advance.

The only thing i liked about the service was that the teacher was very regular and not even a single class was missed. Punctuality was another thing that i liked. But, to be very straightforward, i did not like the quality of service that i received. This was partially of my own lack of interest and partially because of the teacher's teaching style. Overall, i did not feel that the service was worth $120 that i had paid.

Drum teachers can be easily found anywhere including music stores, at music institutes and personal teachers, etc but you must be very careful while choosing a drum teacher, Remember that not all good drum players are good drum teachers. The teacher must have good drumming skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with all types of students.

Also before paying the fee, do try to convince the teacher into giving you some trial classes.
