Description of service
I recently treated my sister-in-law to a set of gel nails as an early birthday present to her. We had called ahead for an appointment and were seen within approximately 10 minutes of entering the establishment. The smell was horrible but the results were beautiful! I am truly jealous of her nails and should've had my own done as well.
Review of Service
Upon arrival we sat and talked (gossiped) for about 10 minutes before her name was called. The process took a little longer than that for acrylic nails, but we were still out of there in just over an hour.
The longest part of the process was my sister-in-law deciding which design or color she wanted. Although she eventually went with just a plain polished look, there were some very interesting designs also available.
Tips
Be aware before you go that nail salons have an offensive odor. I would not go there if I were experiencing any sinus or allergy problems. I would advise anyone with asthma not to try it, either.
Call ahead and make an appointment. Before your appointment call and see if they are on schedule. Most of these places will take walk-ins as well, and sometimes that can throw off the daily schedule.
