I went to get my nails done a couple of months ago and was approached about the new gel nails. The nail salon showed me pictures, and one of the girls had gel nails so I got to seem them on someone in person. As soon as I seen them I was sold because they look so natural. That day I paid $75 to have all my acrylic nails replaced with gell nails. With a $10 tip I gave to person doing my nails, I paid $85 in all.
Review of Service
I love these nails. There is no other way to say it, they are in fact perfect for me. I had problems with the glue on nails falling off, but not with the gell nails. I can still play sports, and most importantly I can still type on my computer with no worries of breaking a nail. I'm not quite sure if I got a good deal, as I haven't compared the price with other places, but I'm very satisfied with the price I paid.
Tips
The best thing to do would be to call around to different nail salons and see if they even offer gell nails. My regular salon just started using them. You can also check online for do it yourself kits that would save you a ton of money.
