Review of Service
service was okay, considering the price.
I was expecting it to be done sooner; it took just over an hour. On the other hand, I am glad that they took their time in applying the gel nails, allowing them to dry fully, and so on. Also, they took time to gently remove the old ones, which I appreciated as it can be really uncomfortable if someone tries to do it too quickly.
The massage was wonderful, and the oil treatment softened my skin beautifully. The service was friendly, area was well ventilated, which is good since the smell of the nail glue is terrible.
Tips
Ask around to find someone who knows what they are doing. A high price does NOT alwyas mean great results, and vice versa. It is good to find someone you trust and to keep going there since then they get to know you and are willing to keep a good customer.
Find someone who keeps their workplace CLEAN. The last thing you want is a fungal infection UNDER your gel tips. I'd advise checking to be sure they use disposable instruments wherever possible, and a place that uses an autoclave would be best.
