Description of service
I currently employee a 22 year old college student to be my Nanny. She comes over and plays with the children giving me some much needed time to myself. The children are ages 3 and 7 and both have pretty active social demands. Our nanny takes the children to soccer practice, ballet lessons, helps with homework and makes sure the children are prepared for the following day. We have taken our nanny on two vacations with us and paid for everything and paid her for the week in return for her service. She is a huge help and well worth the 300 dollars per week that we pay her!
Review of Service
Our nanny does so much for our family and she is treated as part of the family! We do not put any overwhelming pressure on her to raise our kids...we just like the fact that she is a strong role model for them and a responsible play companion!
Tips
Make sure to hold interviews and do background checks! I would suggest you post the job on a local website or in the local college newspaper. Try to find a student that has educational intrest or is going to school for child develpment! They can really bring a lot to the table!
