Description of service
We took a one time ski instruction class. The cost was $55 for one hour. It included the rental of the skis.
Review of Service
I thought this class was a decent price for what we got. It did include the ski rentals, which was nice. It also included what was supposed to be an hour of instruction (though it was more like 45 minutes) and then an hour on the bunny slopes. If we wanted more skiing time we did have to purchase an additional pass.
The instruction was in a group setting, which I was initially concerned about as I was afraid that I wouldn't get the one on one training I would need. However, the instructor did such a good job that we definitely got everything out of it that we could. They also hung around for the hour afterward while we tried out what they'd told us, and gave us helpful tips.
Tips
If you're going to do a one time skiing class like this, make sure that everyone in your class is also a beginner. This prevents more experienced skiers from asking questions that are beyond your level and taking up the precious time that you have paid for.
