Description of service
Since I am a relatively new skier, and had not gone in a while, I decided to get a refresher lesson this past March before hitting the slopes again. The cost above did not include equipment rental, however it did include a lift ticket and about 30 minutes of one on one instruction with one of their ski instructors in order to refresh myself on the basics.
Review of Service
The instructor was very patient, as I had forgotten a lot since my last time skiing, and did a good job working with me to reinforce the basic moves, stances, and positions. She was very good at conveying the information in such a manner that hopefully I will not forget it going forward. I especially liked that it was a private lesson, because, as an adult living in the North East, I am self conscious about not learning how to ski, so this kind of lesson was easier on my ego than a group lesson. It was a great value, and I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a little refresher before skiing.
Tips
The best piece of advice is try to make the arrangements for the lesson early, before arriving, that way you are not stuck waiting for an instructor to become available.
