Description of service
When I wanted to learn how to ski I was afraid that it would cost too much but a friend turned me on to a ski resort near Cleveland, Ohio. The cost per lesson was 30.00 and it was for a three hour session. Also included in this price was the rental of the ski equipment, tickets for the lift machine and access to the trails at the ski resort which normally cost 10.00 admission alone. The fee also allowed you two of the three hours with a trained instructor who would teach the fundamentals and how to maneuver the different types of hills that one may encounter.
Review of Service
The service was terrific and the instructors were both professional and willing to help in any way that they could. They did not lose their patience quickly like many of the other instructors i had encountered in the past. They were kind enough to understand that not everyone was a professional and may not be so ready to tackle the big snow covered hills. After the fundamentals were taught, they broke the class into two sections depending upon who felt the most comfortable on the big or small hills. The class size was also very small, only about ten students at a tme to allow individual attention and more time to study up on the base skills.
Tips
Be sure to arrive early to allow yourself time to pick out the most appropriate ski materials for you and you must supply your own goggles and winter items.
