Description of service

I have had a bank account for about three years, every since I turned 17 years old, at the same bank in the same location. I love everything about this bank, even the decor on the inside. This bank looks like it is geared toward younger customers because the decor is trendy and stylish. The other great thing about this bank is that the checking accounts are free, and the savings accounts are free until you turn 19 years old. The reason why I love them so much is because they allow you to have an overdraft fee waived once a year.They are an awesome bank.

Review of Service

The quality of service is always excellent. I have grown to know just about everyone that works there. Everytime I come in they know me by name, I feel that I can trust them with anything. They are willing to go out of their way to assist you with any problems that you might have. Even when you call the 1 800 number the people there are always friendly and helpful.

Tips

The only tip I have for anyone is to find a bank that fits your lifestyle and needs. If you prefer a bank that is more distinguished and well known then maybe my bank is not for you, but try to find one that cares about you and your money.
