the Cost of Dog Walking

We have a neighbor that many people pay to walk our dogs. This is the price she charges per dog for a one hour walk. We usually tip her one or two dollars for her services. She usually walks more than one dog at a time. The maximum number of dogs she will walk at one time is three. She also offers dog training services in her home, so she does have alot of experience with dogs. She walks the dogs around our neighborhood and also cleans up after them.

The dogs all love her, and she has taught our dog to walk on a leash very well! Before she began walking him, he took us on walks! Now, he is a perfectly behaved dog. He does not even bark when he sees another dog, a child, or a cat. We are thrilled with our dog walker. We also feel like this is a very reasonable price, especially considering the fact that she has trained him in the process.

Make sure the dog walker you are considering has some knowledge about dogs. Also, be wary if they walk more than five dogs at a time because this probably means your dog is not getting the full benefit from the walk.
