Description of service
This was for a major vehicle rental company whose trucks I see rolling aroung town all the time for $19.95 for a truck rental. This doesn't count mileage, so the $40 dollars I listed is the price I had to pay with mileage, taxes and fees combined. And you had to return the truck filled up with gas as full as it was when you received it. The pickup they gave me was a newer year, probably 2006, Ford pickup.
Review of Service
I was surprised how clean the interior was since this was a work truck, I guess it was new still. The air conditioning was icy cold, a necessity when you're moving things in August. The truck ran fine, the tires were in good shape and it was perfect for the few things we had to move: some appliances and a big bbq grill. We didn't need a big box truck for that and it would've been a waste of extra money for the bigger truck and we would've spent more in gas in a bigger truck too.
Tips
Make sure you make your reservations for a truck well in advance, especially if you plan to move something on the weekend. While I was filling out my paper work for the rental, two other people asked for a pickup but they were all out.
