the Price of Renting a Pickup Truck

I rented a pick up truck for a three day trip to pick up a treadmill I bought from an online auction. The truck was a newer model Chevrolet S 10. It was the smallest truck this company offered but was perfect for what I needed it for. The total cost was $189.62 and this price included the cost of the rental, insurance, a full tank of gas and taxes. I did not have to refill the tank after I was done, and I also got unlimited miles for the trip.

The truck ran perfectly, the people were very nice and it was a very pleasant transaction. I feel I got a really good deal, especially seeing that I had the truck for three days. Picking the truck up and dropping it off was very quick and easy to do. Overall, this was a great service to use and would use it again if I needed to.

The only family member I knew that had a truck wasn't able to let me borrow it, so I had to rent one. If you know someone trusting enough, it's a lot cheaper to just borrow a truck than it is to rent. If you have to rent, call around to differnt places to see who has the cheapest price and don't just go with the first one you find.
